STARTPOST TITLE: The Number Three in Scripture AUTHOR: Larry DATE: 17.2.05 ----- BODY:
I have a question. The number "3" in the scriptures, does it have a particular meaning, or is it merely a descriptive quantity? I recently read an article by Tony Warren, a bible teacher who has some interesting teachings on bible subjects. He explores the reasoning that the number "3" is indicative of God's will and purpose in the situation being looked at. The Numbers in the Scriptures!(Do they Carry any Spiritual Significance?) by Tony Warren He does provide a provoking treatment of the subject. What do you think?

The 3 gifts from the Wise Men. There were 3 crosses at Golgatha. Three days: Good Friday, Saturday, and Easter Sunday.
